Martin has cycled every road and trail within range of the estate. The river path north takes you to the coast and Llandudno — mostly flat, café at the end. South and west, the lanes climb into the mountains for the proper days out.
The estate has a heated bike store with tools and a track pump on the wall. Wet kit dries by morning. The drive up to the property is steep — the descent in the morning is a free 200 m of altitude before you start.
