One of the four cottages on the Gelli Newydd estate — twenty-two acres of former hill farm, with walks straight from the door and the village (with two pubs) a short walk down the valley.
A working stable, tractor barn and chicken roost in its previous life — now a double-height home for seven. Open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge under exposed oak trusses, with a log burner at the heart of it. Three bedrooms across two floors: a ground-floor superking with ensuite walk-in shower, an upstairs superking with shower over the bath, and a twin room. A separate wet-room shower off the downstairs cloakroom. Shaker kitchen, properly kitted out for cooking real meals for a crowd.
Outside, a fully fenced lawned garden and a patio with outdoor dining and a BBQ. The hot tub — newly installed in April 2025 — sits on the patio with an open view across the valley to the mountains beyond.
Seven guests across three bedrooms, dogs welcome in the enclosed garden, walks from the door. The cottage to choose for an extended family, a group of friends, or a long weekend with the dogs.

If you enjoy walking, it is hilly — our brother was out each day, whilst we either lay in the hot tub or on the sofa with the log burner. It really gives the opportunity to enjoy each other's company and soak up the ever-changing scenic surroundings."
