The most private of the four cottages on the Gelli Newydd estate — twenty-two acres of former hill farm, with walks straight from the door and the village (with two pubs) a short walk down the valley. Detached, tucked away at the far end of the drive, with the longest view across the valley and no neighbours in sight.
A single-level open-plan room: a kingsize bed with Egyptian cotton linen and a feather-down duvet, a sofa in front of a wood-burning stove and Smart TV, a designer kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher, a folding dining table. Ensuite with a double walk-in shower and Rainshower head. Underfloor heating throughout, run by a ground-source heat pump.
Outside, a fully enclosed private garden — safe for the dog. A charcoal BBQ, two loungers, and the hot tub looking out across the fields to the hills beyond. Heated year-round.
The cottage to choose when it's just the two of you (and the dog) — a quiet weekend, a walking trip, a stargazing escape. Infants welcome on request; older children stay in one of the other cottages.

"What a lovely place to spend New Year! The Bothy is small (totally as described) but it was more than enough space for the two of us and our Vizsla and had everything you could need. The garden is genuinely enclosed so if you have a dog that's a great benefit and you have access to so many beautiful walks/hikes. We'll be back!"
